of the most active Mergers & Acquisitions companies in Spain.The company mainly operates in Spain but
also through its’ partners network in Italy, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland,Denmark, UK, Sweden,
Norway and Germany. The capital belongs to the founders/ executives.

used in large international and European companies, to middle and small-sized companies in the
Czech Republic. Our clients are primarily small and middle-sized companies in the field of advanced
technologies (ICT, engineering, chemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals), trade, services and industrial
production. We offer services based on an individual approach to our clients´ needs and circumstances,
with an emphasis on the specific personal point of views of the corporate owners and statutory bodies.

There are currently seven specialists employed at our company who provide services in two service
