Michel Behar - Managing Partner
Michel Behar is Managing Partner and founder of FINANCIERE EQUITOR. Michel has spent 25 years in senior managing positions as CEO or EVP with Fuchs Petrolub A.G in the Chemical industry with Robine S. A. in the Metallurgy industry and Penauille-Servisair in the Service industry in Europe, Asia and North and South America. His focus has been managing in turnaround situation in complex international and multicultural environments. Over this period he has initiated and implemented significant organisation change programs.
Michel has an MBA from HEC, an AMP diploma from INSEAD and has a PhD in Law from he Sorbonne. His education and career have ensured that he has an extensive multicultural knowledge, giving him a clear understanding of global complexity. Michel is also "Expert près de la Cour d'Appel de Paris" and "Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur" - National Trade Advisor.

Aude Latouche - Partner

With diplomas from l’Ecole Centrale de Paris, the Institut d’Etudes Politique de Paris and an MBA from INSEAD, Aude Latouche started her career as an analyst with CREDIT AGRICOLE INDOSUEZ  before entering the world of M&A with J.P. MORGAN in London and then with ARCELOR. She joined FINANCIERE EQUITOR as a Partner in 2007

Piers Lightfoot - Partner

Piers Lightfoot is a Partner at FINANCIERE EQUITOR. He has spent 28 years in management consulting, managing consulting organisations,developing major relationships and leading teams with clients. Highlights include operations management with Alexander Proudfoot, 8 years with Peter Chadwick (now Celerant Consulting) in client development and then setting up and running their French business. 3 years as European Commercial and Development Director of Personnel Decisions, Europe, the HR strategy specialists. Latterly, 5 years as European President and main board Director for REL Consultancy, the working capital specialists. He is also a Director of a specialist Advisory business, The Conscientia Group based in London. Piers holds a Law degree from the Paris Faculty of Law as well as having followed a course on Manufacturing Strategy at INSEAD

Jean-François Carron – Industry Adviser
Jean-François Carron is an Industry Adviser to FINANCIERE EQUITOR and has many years of experience in the M&A world both in industry and Banking, in France and on a Global basis. (Ciment Français, Groupe CGIP and Financière Agache as well as Barclays, Cegos and Argane). He created Carron & Cie en 1995 and then became an associate director of Aforge Finance. Today, he  is one of the pillars of M&A in France with more than a hundred transactions completed in France and other countries. Jean-Francois has an MBA from Edhec and a Doctorate in Management from Paris Dauphine

Tim Hammond - Industry Adviser

Tim Hammond is an Industry Adviser to FINANCIERE EQUITOR.Tim has extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance, in sectors including aviation, transport, infrastructure and natural resources. After a period with Hardy Oil & Gas Plc and Warrior International Limited’s Investment Banking division, he joined N M Rothschild & Sons leading their Natural Resources team. Following this, Tim joined Merrill Lynch, as a Director in Investment Banking, in London and New York and was lead advisor on a number of landmark deals including AngloGold, the first South African company to list on the NYSE and Jiangxi Copper, the first Chinese company to list on the LSE.
Tim joined British Airways Plc in 2001, as Head of Investments & Joint Ventures, responsible for all BA's M&A and investment activity, completing transactions such as the sales of dba and BA Connect, the public-to-private acquisition of Iberia and the sale of a majority interest and subsequent IPO on the NYSE of WNS Limited. Latterly with GE as Senior Vice President/Head of Europe for their airport division, Tim was responsible for strategy and execution of new business ventures, leading the teams bidding on Midway Airport in Chicago (the first privatisation of a major US airport) and Belfast City Airport.
Tim obtained an MA from Magdalene College, Cambridge and completed the Corporate Finance Course at London Business School.
